Highline is a private investment fund that owns a concentrated portfolio of high-quality businesses purchased at reasonable prices. We take a long-term, business-owner approach, with low turnover and high conviction.
The fund charges no management fee, and the manager’s capital is invested alongside partners. The manager earns a performance allocation only on returns above an annual hurdle, so we only do well when our partners do well.

Results before the fund began operating reflect the predecessor Highline account, managed by
Highline Capital, LLC using the same strategy. They were not achieved by the fund.
S&P 500 figures cover the same partial period as Highline (September 22 to December 31,
2025), not the full calendar year. The S&P 500 full-year 2025 total return was +17.9%.
