Highline Capital is a private investment partnership focused on owning a concentrated portfolio of high-quality, competitively advantaged businesses purchased at reasonable prices. We take a long-term, business-owner perspective — turnover is low, conviction is high.
We charge no management fee. Our sole compensation is a 25% performance fee on gains above a 6% annual hurdle rate, calculated per-lot with a high water mark. We only do well when our partners do well.
Partners receive a semi-annual capital statement and an annual letter reviewing the portfolio, our thinking, and the year's results against our benchmarks.
